Job description
Bobtail is seeking a Director of Product to lead strategy, development, and innovation in supply chain. You will shape the product organization, hire and develop a team, and partner with engineering and GTM to ship impact.
This role requires data-driven judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and strong cross-functional leadership in a founder-led, profitable environment. You will own the product function end-to-end, identify new products and revenue opportunities, and obsess over customer outcomes
