Job description
Molex is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the BD team within the Optical Connectivity Group. This remote role will travel up to 50% and partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to grow our optical connectivity portfolio.
You will coach BD Managers, set strategy, develop talent, and drive sustainable growth across markets while aligning market needs with product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
