Job description
Amylyx Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director of Payroll and Equity to lead US multi-state payroll and equity programs. The role emphasizes SOX-compliant controls, accurate reporting, and collaboration with HR, accounting, and legal in a fast-paced biotech environment.
The successful candidate will own day-to-day ADP payroll processing, equity administration in Shareworks, and support public company reporting, including Form 10-Q/10-K disclosures and related compliance.
