Job description
Milliman, Inc. seeks a Director of Products and Engineering to create and scale a Pharmacy Platform from 0 to 1. You will set vision, lead AI product engineers, and own client outcomes, adoption, and a growing business.
You will collaborate with pharmacists and actuaries to shape the product and drive commercial success. You will manage architecture, data integrations, security, and multi-tenancy while implementing AI capabilities and governance.
