Job description
Humana Inc. seeks a Director of Provider Engagement to lead a team of up to 13 associates responsible for strengthening relationships with contracted physicians, provider groups, and health systems across Humana's Medicare Advantage network.
The role drives provider engagement strategies to improve provider experience, Star Ratings, risk adjustment, and value-based care while partnering with market leaders to align provider needs with Humana's strategic priorities.
