Job description
Humana Inc. is seeking a Director, Innovative Financial Group (IFG) Sales Compliance to lead development and oversight of sales compliance programs, ensuring adherence to CMS, Medicare, Medicaid rules and insurance requirements while enabling business growth.
The role supervises agent and agency compliance teams, partners with regulators and carrier partners, and drives governance, risk monitoring, and investigations. Travel may be required; remote work is available.
