Job description
Townsquare Media is seeking a Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead external reporting, maintain compliance, and advance controls in a remote-capable role. You will own SEC filings, coordinate with IR, assist with proxy statements, stay ahead of new rules, and supervise a team while driving process improvements and use of analytics/AI.
