Job description
HackerOne seeks a seasoned Director of Total Rewards, Systems & Analytics to own compensation, benefits, HRIS (Workday), and workforce analytics. You will lead the Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams, shaping a scalable, data-driven approach that supports a global workforce and executive decision-making.
