Job description
Crane Payment Innovations Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Operations Agent for a remote CST-based role within the Customer Service department. You will route dispatch calls for national and regional accounts, ensuring locations and payment data are up to date and customers are ready for service.
The position requires 1+ years in dispatch, strong over-the-phone support experience, and proficiency with Outlook. You will work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, with weekend rotation every 3 weeks.
