Job description
CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a District Director of Operations to manage daily operations and KPIs across multiple locations in the district from a remote Texas base. You will lead recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention of store teams while ensuring sales and profitability targets are met.
You will implement regional marketing initiatives, conduct audits, and drive compliance. This role requires frequent travel, up to 50%, with overnight stays as needed.
