Job description
Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Resident District Manager (RDM) to act as the primary client contact and lead the on-site team across an account. You will plan and direct operations to meet financial and service goals within a dynamic campus or district setting.
You will maintain client relationships, drive KPI achievement, and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional food service and hospitality across the site, while ensuring compliance and quality standards.
