Job description
Cognizant is seeking an Operations (Ops) Lead to oversee day-to-day driver operations, providing guidance and management where needed. The Ops Lead reports to the Country Manager.
This is a remote role for candidates living in the US. Responsibilities include managing Driving Operations teams, coaching drivers, analyzing reporting details, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA targets and drive service improvements.
