Job description
MedZed is seeking an ECM Territory Manager to lead a field-based team of Community Health Navigators, drive performance, and ensure high-quality care. You will spend time both in the field and remotely, developing partnerships with health plans and community organizations to improve care access.
Applicants should have 3–4 years of management experience in health or social services, strong analytics, and the ability to manage a P&L.
