Job description
MedZed is seeking an ECM Territory Manager for the Operations team. This remote role leads a field-based team of up to 15 Community Health Navigators, driving outreach, assessments, care plans, and graduation metrics while ensuring HIPAA compliance and program standards.
The ETM will coach staff, collaborate with health plans and community partners, and manage territory P&L. Travel to client sites is required, with schedule flexibility as needed.
