Job description
MedZed is seeking an ECM Territory Manager to lead field-based outreach across Alameda County, CA. You will manage a team to reach monthly metrics, supervise Community Health Navigators, and ensure high-quality care while navigating HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
In this role you will travel 40–50% to engage partners, drive care coordination, and expand program operations. The position is full-time with a remote work component and a strong emphasis on performance and people leadership.
