MedZed is seeking an ECM Territory Manager for Fresno County, CA. This remote, full-time role leads a team of up to 15 Community Health Navigators, driving outreach, care plans, and member engagement while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
The position requires 40–50% travel, strong leadership, and experience managing a P&L within a health services context. You will collaborate with health plans and community partners to deliver value-based care.
