Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Optum is seeking an Emergency Department Coder to code ED services, apply ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS, and ensure accurate charge capture. This fully remote role allows telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.
You will meet quality and productivity standards, leverage AHIMA or AAPC credentials, and bring 1+ year ED coding and ICD-10 experience. Pay ranges $20–$36 per hour, based on credentials and locale, with benefits and career growth opportunities.
