Job description
Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced attorney to join the Employee Defection and Trade Secrets (EDTS) practice in a largely remote Virtual Office role as Counsel or Special Counsel.
The attorney will handle sophisticated EDTS matters, including trade secret litigation, restrictive covenants, employee mobility, and emergency injunctive proceedings, working with local partners from inception to resolution.
