Job description
Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced attorney to join the Employee Defection and Trade Secrets (EDTS) practice in a Virtual Office as Counsel or Special Counsel. This mostly remote role focuses on trade secret litigation, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility, coordinating with local partners while handling matters from inception through resolution.
The ideal candidate has substantial experience in EDTS matters, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to work effectively
