Job description
The Judge Rotenberg Center seeks a full-time BCBA or BCBA-D to join our highly structured residential team near Boston, MA. You will apply state-of-the-art behavioral analysis to individuals with autism, intellectual disability, and severe problem behaviors, aiming for meaningful clinical progress and improved quality of life.
Starting salaries range from $105,000 to $110,000 for BCBA and up to $125,000 for BCBA-D, with annual merit increases, a negotiable schedule including remote days, and
