Job description
WR Immigration is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing team in Oakland. You will work alongside Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Team Managers, and Partners to prepare and file business-related nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, while leading client communications and coordinating with support teams to implement case strategies.
We require a valid Bar membership and 5+ years in business immigration, with strong knowledge of H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, E-3, J-1 matters, plus
