Job description
Casepoint seeks an HR Manager, Talent & Employee Relations to lead sourcing, development, engagement, and retention across the organization. The role partners with managers and employees while guiding employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of HR experience and a strong track record in full-cycle recruiting, policy interpretation, and data-driven HR decisions. Remote-friendly with occasional in-person meetings near DC area.
