Job description
Capital District Physicians' Health Plan Inc. is seeking a senior strategy partner to collaborate with COO-level leaders to drive organizational effectiveness across a 2,000+ person organization.
You will support change management, share best practices, and ensure alignment with enterprise culture, engagement, and talent strategies. The role partners with finance for budget alignment and helps develop divisional strategies, shaping interdivisional coordination and staff engagement.
