Job description
Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic operational leadership across a portfolio of PRS communities. This role may be performed remotely from the U.S.
with frequent travel to assigned communities. You will partner with the COO, coach Executive Directors, monitor financial and operational performance, and drive resident experience, workforce engagement, and regulatory compliance.
