Job description
Thefreelancefirm in Morgantown, WV is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney for remote, contract-based engagement. The role is approximately 10+ hours per week with occasional in-person depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
You will handle employment litigation from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, conduct legal research, negotiate settlements, and prepare for depositions and trials. Must be licensed in the relevant U.S.
