Job description
Pearson is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a 5–8 person software engineering team on the Enterprise Learning & Skills platform. You will guide design discussions, uphold engineering practices, and ensure high-quality delivery across global customers while partnering with Product, Customer Success, and vendors.
You will focus on team health, growth, onboarding, and timely delivery, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted tooling and secure, resilient engineering practices.
