Job description
Pearson is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 5–8 software engineers building Ruby on Rails services and React frontends. You’ll own day-to-day health, output, and growth, ensuring work meets quality standards and delivers to customers.
You’ll guide design discussions, set priorities, onboard new members, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and vendors. The role is remote, with opportunities to influence enterprise learning platform globally.
