Job description
MasteryPrep LLC is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to manage a small product engineering team in a hands-on role. You will design and run an AI-native development workflow, ship features, and ensure accountability for what lands in production.
You will balance automation with human review, define task specs and acceptance criteria, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product to keep delivery predictable and secure for a million users.
