Job description
Grey Matter Recruitment is recruiting a Remote Strategic Account Director to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise SaaS accounts, with a focus on retention, renewals, and expansion.
You will build relationships with senior marketing, digital, and ecommerce stakeholders, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a broad platform suite while partnering with Customer Success to maximise long-term customer value in a fast-growth environment.
