Job description
Samsara is expanding its Enterprise Customer Success team in the United States, focusing on guiding our largest customers from onboarding through renewal. You will own the customer relationship, drive adoption, and ensure continued value across their lifecycle.
This role requires deep stakeholder management, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate with executives and day-to-day users. Travel up to 10% may be required; remote work is available for qualifying US candidates.
