T2 Flex is seeking an Epic Patient Scheduler to join our remote team. You will collect patient data, verify insurance, and schedule appointments across hospitals and physician practices, while upholding HIPAA standards.
Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in customer service, familiarity with Epic workflows, and a detail‑oriented, dependable work style for a full‑time, remote role with standard 7:00 AM–7:00 PM EST shifts.
