Job description

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Systems Management Analyst for the Revenue Cycle IT Support Team. This role involves on-call support for Epic PB/HB Claims and Remittance, plus project work, upgrades, and 24/7 incident response across the revenue cycle.

You’ll work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with a mandatory in-office presence four days a week for employees in Minneapolis or Washington, DC. Strong Epic certification and 3+ years’ experience are required for success.
