Job description
Altius Search Group is conducting a confidential search for a direct originator in equipment finance. The role involves sourcing and closing large-ticket loans and leases across robotics, defense technology, automation, and other critical sectors, with transactions from $500,000 to $50 million.
You will develop borrower and referral relationships, assess structures, and work with leadership and credit on non-traditional credits to move deals from discussion to funding.
