Job description

HARMAN is seeking a Director of Corporate Sustainability & ESG to lead the company’s ESG and sustainability strategy across global operations. You will shape decarbonization plans, align governance, and ensure regulatory disclosures. The role involves cross-functional leadership, external partnerships, and executive-level reporting.

You will drive data-driven ESG performance, manage budgets, and mentor a team while collaborating with Samsung on synergies. Remote work with travel optional.
