The following challenges await you:
Identifytargets andexecutingselling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practice.
Drive sales growth through helping to derive best practices to ensure proper targeting andappropriate reimbursementpractices.
Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS todemonstratekey understanding of the marketplace and places of strategic opportunities.
Use approved corporate literature, scientific data and presentationstocustomerand potential customers with approved claims from HA.
Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts based on agreed upon timelines
Demonstrate an understanding of industry products,updatesand market knowledge.
Ensure that all activities conform to company guidelines, travel/expenseguidelinescompliance standards, Code ofEthicsand federal/state/local laws.
Assistwith training field Area Managers, professional education and mentorship roles as needed
Your Profile:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of medical sales experience with a documentedtrack recordof meeting or exceedingsales objectives.
Experience developing and executing strategic account plans and managing complex customer relationships.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience within the medical device, biotechnology, tissue biologics, wound care, or broader healthcare industry.
Experience selling intohospital, surgical, outpatient, and physician office settings.
Operating room (O.R.) or procedural sales experience.
Experience with skin substitutes, tissue products, wound care, biologics, or regenerative medicine technologies.
Previousexperience working instartup, high-growth, or mid-sized healthcare organizations.
Proven success leading projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experienceutilizingmarket analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making to drive business growth.
