Remote | Full-Time Seasonal | 5+ Years Jackson Hewitt Experience Required
nWe are looking for an experienced Jackson Hewitt Tax Professional to join our Remote Team for the upcoming tax season.
nOur Remote Team plays a critical role in supporting our offices. Team members prepare tax returns remotely for clients working with our Client Service Associates (CSAs), assist tax professionals with challenging returns, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our offices running smoothly throughout tax season.

nQualifications
n5+ years of Jackson Hewitt experience required
nTP3 level or higher required
nGeneral Manager or Area Manager experience strongly preferred
nStrong knowledge of Jackson Hewitt tax software, systems, and processes
nExperience preparing and troubleshooting complex tax returns
nStrong communication and problem-solving skills
nAbility to work independently while being an active part of a remote team
nDependable, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
nWhat You'll Do
nPrepare tax returns remotely for clients working with CSAs in our offices
nCommunicate with CSAs to gather information and ensure accurate, efficient return preparation
nAssist tax professionals with tax questions
nHelp resolve holds, rejects, and return-management issues
nTroubleshoot Jackson Hewitt software and process questions
nSupport and coach tax professionals with varying levels of experience
nWork closely with our leadership team to support offices throughout tax season
