Job description
Northwell Health is seeking an experienced full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for in-box management and acute visit scheduling in Primary Care. After a 90-day onboarding, the role will be primarily remote with telehealth, based in Fishkill, NY area.
The NP/PA collaborates with physicians, provides care for acute and chronic conditions, and handles inbox management, prescriptions, labs, imaging and portal tasks. On rare occasions, onsite presence may be required.
