Job description
BLACK MEN & WOMEN IN TRAINING in Oregon is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care across all ages, with a strong emphasis on mental health. You will collaborate with a team of PMHNPs and LCSWs, prescribe initial medications, and provide holistic, patient-centered care.
You must be licensed in Oregon and Washington, hold FNP-BC certification, and be comfortable with telehealth and working across both states.
