Job description
One Medical is seeking a Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in IL to join our Virtual Medical Team. You will conduct tele-health visits, triage by phone, and follow up via email while collaborating with remote colleagues during daily huddles.
This is a full-time remote role requiring evening/weekend shifts. Requirements include completing an accredited FNP program with national certification and IL licensure, plus 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care with diverse patients.
