Job description
One Medical is seeking a Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in NH to join our Virtual Medical Team (VMT) in Hanover. You will treat patients via tele-health visits, including video visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups, in a full-time role with evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate completed an accredited FNP program with national certification, has 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care, and holds NH licensure with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
