Job description
Sprinter Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver virtual wellness visits and in-home health assessments for patients across Oklahoma City. You will apply your medical expertise to perform wellness visits, health risk assessments, and medication reviews, while coordinating care with our in-home clinical team.
Successful candidates are compassionate, self-driven, and able to communicate clearly with patients and caregivers.
