Job description
The Wilkinson Firm is seeking an Independent Consultant to lead federal opportunity identification and proposal management. The role involves a flexible commitment of 10-40 hours per week with an hourly rate ranging from $100 to $500 based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in federal capture or proposal management and a proven track record of capturing $1M+ federal contracts. The position is remote but will include quarterly travel to Washington D.C.
