Aleut Federal is seeking a part-time Federal Capture Manager to drive growth in the federal construction market, with emphasis on the Air Force and USACE in Southern California. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships with federal customers, and shaping capture strategies in a team environment.
You will support opportunity qualification, develop win strategies, and coordinate with operations, estimating, and contracts to progress opportunities through the pipeline.
