Job description
Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist to provide on-site and remote support for professional, commercial, and industrial printing equipment. The role is remote but based in the Los Angeles area with substantial travel to customer locations.
You will diagnose complex issues, install and train customers, and work independently to minimize downtime while delivering excellent service. This position emphasizes strong electromechanical skills and customer communication.
