Job description
EPSON America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist to deliver hands-on and remote support for professional, commercial, and industrial printing products. You will diagnose complex issues, perform repairs, and train customers while keeping equipment uptime high.
The role requires 5–8 years in field service, strong electromechanical skills, RIP software and ICC profile knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively from a Fort Lauderdale base.
