Job description
Red Wine & Blue seeks a full-time Director of Finance & Compliance to oversee financial operations, payroll, and regulatory reporting across multiple entities. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and can be performed remotely from any of our states, with occasional in-person gatherings.
You will manage QuickBooks Online, Ramp, BambooHR, and banking relationships, plus budgeting, audits, and fundraising reporting.
