Job description
vCluster Labs, a remote-first AI infrastructure platform, seeks a Commercial Corporate Counsel to own enterprise contract negotiations and playbooks. You will partner with leadership to balance speed and risk, negotiating MSAs, DPAs, and security annexes while guiding teams through complex cloud and SaaS agreements.
You will leverage AI tools to accelerate research, maintain templates, and ensure scalable, high-volume contracting. International exposure and startup experience are highly valued.
