Job description
Anthropic is seeking an M&A Tax Director to join our Tax Team in San Francisco. As we pursue acquisitions, acqui-hires, data center investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, you will lead tax workstreams across the deal lifecycle and serve as a trusted resource for Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance.
Beyond transactions, you will support a broad range of strategic and operational tax matters, build tax playbooks, and help design tax-efficient structures at scale.
