Job description
Rithum is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales to lead a regional team of Hunter and Builder Account Executives across the AMER Core Sales organization. You will drive new logo acquisition, client expansion, and disciplined pipeline execution within your territory, coaching teams to distinct Hunter and Builder motions.
You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Success, and Product to meet revenue targets, while upholding Salesforce hygiene and data-driven decision making.
