Job description
Post University seeks a Remote Faculty Manager for the First-Year Experience program. This full‑time role provides supervision, coaching, and performance management for Associate Faculty to ensure consistent instructional quality and strong student engagement.
In addition to faculty oversight, the manager teaches four First-Year Experience courses annually and collaborates with Course Chairs to improve teaching practices. The position is remote, with compensation of $60,000–$65,000 per year.
